I’ve heard so many times that health is wealth and I very much believe it’s true. Apparently many other people do too and that’s why health and wellness is a billion dollar industry. If you’re interested in getting in on it you can join MLM companies like Xyngular and earn money by promoting and selling their health and wellness products.
But is Xyngular just another MLM pyramid scheme scam? Or are they a legit business opportunity for all you entrepreneurs out there? In this Xyngular review I’ll go over the positives, the negatives, and the downright ugly to give you a better understanding of whether you should join or not.
Let’s get started!

What Is Xyngular?
Xyngular is a Utah-based MLM (multi-level marketing) company that sells products for good health and weight loss. They also offer a business opportunity to regular people where you can become a Xyngular distributor and create an income by promoting and selling Xyngular products as well as recruiting new distributors.
This company began in 2009 by a guy named Marc Walker. They are an international company with distributors across 27 different countries. They currently hold an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau website… but that doesn’t automatically mean they’re a good way to earn income just yet.
In this review I’ll be showing you how their MLM program works and how you can make money with them. But before we dive into that I want to show you what exactly their products are.
Xyngular’s product line are mainly supplements for nutrition, energy, and weight loss. They are pretty similar to other MLMs in the health and wellness niche such as USANA and Zurvita which also sells similar types of supplements.
Here are just some of Xyngular’s products:
- Global Blend – A drink made from nutrient-dense super fruits, full of antioxidants and anti-aging properties.
- Axion – Dietary supplement that offers nutritional support for every cell of the body
- Xyng – Appetite control pills that gives you energy and improve mood
- Lean – Nutritional shakes that are tasty and makes a great low calorie snack
- Accelerate – Pills that speeds up metabolism and help you burn fat 3x faster
- Cheat – Capsules that’s made from Japanese Konnyaku root, it’s a fiber product that expands when it comes into contact with water, this fills your stomach to give the feeling of fullness
- Flush – An all-natural cleanse that rids your body of toxins and improve nutrient absorption
- Xr2 – Dietary supplement that helps you rest and relax
- Advanced Omega – A combination of 3 essential-fatty acids designed to improve health for your heart, brain, and gut
- Systems – These are combination of different products. There are 3 systems in total – Ignite (boost energy, burn fat, shift habits), Core (lose weight), and Ultimate (transform your health, redefine your life).
Here’s a video overview of some of these products:
So I’m sure you’re wondering whether these products actually work or not? In my research I’ve noticed that about half of the users say that it’s a waste of money and the other half saying it’s the best products ever. In my opinion if a product is truly great the majority of users should have similar opinions on it.
It’s also important to note that these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and they also advise you to consult your doctor before using their products.
However if you still want to buy their products then the only way to do so would be to buy them off an independent Xyngular distributor, these are people who are in the MLM business already.
If you want to create an income with Xyngular you can sign up to become a distributor yourself.
Become a Xyngular Distributor
By becoming a Xyngular distributor you’ll be eligible to earn sales commissions by selling their products as well as recruiting others to do the same. There is a one-time fee of $14.95 as well as a distributor fee for $49.95.
Becoming a distributor does not mean you’re employed by Xyngular in any way, you’re just an independent business owner working for yourself. This is great if you don’t like having a boss.
Another expense you’ll have is the monthly auto-ship, this is where you’ll be required to purchase a minimum number of Xyngular products each month. So even if you’re not making sales you’re still required to keep buying products!
Xyngular’s Compensation Plan
Xyngular distributors can create an income in many different ways, but it all boils down to 2 things – selling and recruiting. Their compensation plan is a little tough to understand so I’ll break it down as simple as I can.
Here are the main ways to earn income as a Xyngular distributor:
- Retail Sales – The most straightforward way to earn. Basically you buy products at wholesale pricing and sell them to your customers at retail price, the difference is your profit.
- Recruiting a Downline – There are a bunch of different achievement bonuses, commissions, and incentives such as trips and cash prizes you can earn for recruiting new members, just like most other MLMs recruiting is the name of the game and is where the big money is made.
If you want to read more details you can check out Xyngular’s Full Compensation Plan. I’ve also included a video below which explains how it all works…
Video Explanation Of Xyngular’s Compensation Plan:
Is Xyngular a Pyramid Scheme?
No, Xyngular is not a pyramid scheme, although I wouldn’t blame you for thinking so! Xyngular is a MLM business which have very similar compensation plans to pyramid schemes, but they’re not the same thing and I’ll explain their differences.
A pyramid scheme is a system where to make money you HAVE to recruit, there is no other way to earn. You can’t sell products with a pyramid scheme because there aren’t any. Pyramid schemes are doomed to fail because nobody at the bottom of the pyramid makes any money. With MLMs you can earn by recruiting too, but you can also earn by selling products.
Pyramid schemes are illegal while MLMs are not. But in my opinion MLMs are just what I call “pyramid schemes in disguise” because the big bucks are always made by recruiting and not by selling products, so in reality both pyramid schemes and MLMs are almost equally as bad.
How Much Could You Expect To Earn?
The short answer is… not much!
Good thing Xyngular publishes their 2018 Income Summary which basically shows how much their distributors are making on average. Unfortunately as I’ll show you below the numbers are pretty disappointing…
First of all, there are two types of Xyngular members – those who join as a customer and those who join as a distributor.
As you can see from above 20% of Xyngular members are distributors, aka people looking to make money.
So what percentage of distributors are making any significant money? Well first of all what is “significant” money? For me I’d say somewhere around $1,000 per month. It’s not a full time income yet but it’s getting there.
Take a look below at what percentage of their distributors are making $1,000 or more:
Only 4.62% of distributors are making $984 which is juuuust shy of a grand. That’s less than 1 in 20 distributors, the VAST majority (78.64%) are making only $69 per month with the lowest monthly income being a mere $1!
So long story short, 95% of their distributor are making squadoosh.
If these numbers disappoint you I highly recommend you check out my Top Work At Home Recommendation instead where I’ll show you how I personally make $1000+ monthly with a blogging business. Free to start, and no selling or recruiting required!
Is Xyngular a Scam?
Even though you won’t see me joining Xyngular as a distributor until pigs fly, I cannot call them a scam. They are a legit MLM company that offers a genuine business opportunity, but only a small percentage of people are making good money doing it. This type of business will only be profitable for you if you’re a master at selling and recruiting, especially the latter.
The startup costs for Xyngular is not expensive but there are ongoing costs like the monthly auto-ship requirement, if you’re not making sales you’ll still need to purchase more products which is a recipe for losing lots of money.
Overall the Xyngular business opportunity is not the worst out there, but I wouldn’t recommend you join them or any other MLM business because they’re one of the toughest ways to make money and that’s why most people fail at them.
If you want to build your own business and make full time income as your own boss, let me show you how I currently make a 4-figure monthly income online with a blogging business and how you can too!
How I Make My Money Online
Basically I make money online as a blogger, I write product reviews just like this one and in my posts I recommend other people’s products and services. When my recommendation results in a sale I earn a commission for it.
This is called Affiliate Marketing and is way better than MLMs for a few reasons:
- You don’t need to sell or recruit (you only need to recommend products on your blog)
- Live the laptop lifestyle and work from anywhere in the world
- You can promote any product you want, not just limited to the products of the MLM company you joined
- It’s free to start
I’ve been doing affiliate marketing since December of 2016 and have been running this very blog you’re on now since September of 2017. In this time I was able to grow this website to the point of making $1,000+ per month, anyone with the right training and mindset can replicate this!
If you want to learn how to build a profitable blogging business then check out the link below where I’ll explain more about how affiliate marketing all works, plus I’ll introduce you to the same training platform that taught me everything I know. See it here:
You might not even realize that blogging is something you can do to earn a full time income, but it’s absolutely possible. It’s no cake walk though, the downside of blogging is that it takes a while to start earning income, but once you do it’s passive income you earn while sleeping or doing something else.
While you’re building your online business you can still earn a little side income on my Favorite “Get-Paid-To” Sites where they pay you to take surveys, play games, watch videos, shop online, and more. These sites won’t earn you a full time income though, but they offer some fun ways to earn extra income.
That’s the end of my Xyngular review, I’d love to hear your thoughts and comments below.
I’m a regular person who started this website in Sept 2017 to help people in making money online. I envision my own success from helping you become successful. My goal is to help you create a consistent online income, let’s make that money!
