Name: Point Club Surveys
Website: www.pointclub.com
Type: Paid survey site
Membership Price: Free to join
My Rating: 2.5 out of 5

Point Club is a survey site, they pay you points for you to give your opinion on various topics. Those points can then be converted to real spending cash via Paypal, or redeemed for gift cards. You earn real money for giving your 2 cents. So by now some of you may be wondering if Point Club is a scam or a legit way to earn some online coin?

In this Point Club survey site review I’m going to go over what it’s about, how you can earn, how you’d be paid, some common concerns, and whether it’s a scam or a legit operation. But bear in mind that just because something is legit and really do pay, doesn’t mean it’s a good way to earn money online!

What Are Your Expectations?

Survey sites are plentiful on the internet, most are actually legit and do pay, while some are scams. But either way you won’t be able to earn a full time living doing this. The reason is because legit paying survey sites all pay very low, and rarely do you even qualify for it (more on this below.)

But if you’re looking for a bigger opportunity to make some real cash, the kind of cash that can help you quit your day job, I’d recommend you to check out my #1 recommended way to earn money online. I wrote a free guide where I tell you all about this awesome way to earn online, it’s something I’m currently doing myself to make a consistent monthly online income. See my free guide here:

What Is Point Club Surveys About?

online surveys earn rewards points cash

What’s the first thing you think of when you hear “points”? Many people might think of their favorite sports team scoring points, or earning brownie points with their significant other. But that’s totally not what Point Club is about!

Point Club Surveys is a website owned and operated by Innovative Market Research, they offer people like you and me the opportunity to make some extra pocket cash by filling out online surveys.

Earning Money: How Does It All Work?

Doing Surveys

The main way to earn is by doing surveys which you get immediately start after you’ve signed up and registered for an account.

There is also a daily 10,000 point giveaway which is worth $10 USD, winners will be chosen at random and if you win you’ll be notified by email.

You’ll also get the opportunity to earn by doing non-survey related activities such as playing games, signing up for offers, trying new apps, and more. So in a sense Point Club is not a 100% pure survey site, but instead more of a GPT (get paid to) site, similar to Swagbucks (read review) and Fusion Cash (read review).

How Much Can You earn?

You’ll generally be paid around 200 to 2000 points ($0.20 to $2.00) depending on how long and difficult the survey is, the longer and more difficult the survey the more you’ll be paid. You’ll know beforehand how much a survey is worth before you begin.

So How Much Are These Points Worth?

Not a lot. Each point is worth only $0.001 USD, and so to earn a dollar you’ll need to collect 1000 points.

$5 Sign Up Bonus

Currently PointClub is offering you $5 just for signing up and confirming your email. If you’d like to take advantage of this generous bonus you can sign up right now HERE.

How Do You Get Paid?

There are plenty of ways to get paid including cash via Paypal and gift card options for stores such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Starbucks, iTunes, Home Depot, Visa prepaid cards, and many more. You can even donate your earning to a charity if you want to.

But there is a minimum payout threshold of 25,000 points ($25), this is very typical and many other survey sites have similar payout thresholds, with the exception of Swagbucks which only has a payout threshold of $3. If you want your money fast, check them out instead.

Common User Complaints

Everything so far may sound cool and dandy, and some of you may think this is the easiest way to make money online. But in actuality earning the rewards and more importantly earning enough for a payout is not as easy as it sounds.

Personally I think online surveys is a giant waste of time and is the toughest way to make money online. Let’s take a look at some of the common hurdles you may face:

You’ll Often Not Quality

After you’ve joined Point Club you’ll noticed a bunch of surveys immediately available for you to do. You may be very excited to see survey after surveys that offers 100’s or 1000’s of points each. Easy money, right? Wrong. After you start doing a survey (sometimes after spending 5 mins or more into it) you will often run into a message that tells you that you don’t actually qualify for the actual paid survey because the questions you’ve answered tells them you don’t really fit the demographics they’re looking for. How annoying is that? But that’s typical of all online survey sites, and it’s the main reason why I think they’re a terrible way to earn money online.

Hard To Reach Payout

While initially it may seem easy to reach that 25,000 points payout threshold, you’ll soon learn that it’s actually pretty difficult due to the fact that the amount of paid surveys are limited and as previously mentioned you won’t qualify for a good chunk of them. I have found many users online complaining about the amount of time it takes to reach the minimum payout amount of $25. Depending on how much time you spend on the site, it could take you months to reach that! Even if you reach it finally, so what? $25 is nothing. If you want to earn $25 and more per day, check this out instead.

The Survey Host Can Disapprove Your Survey

Point Club is not actually the one creating the survey and offering you points/money for it, but rather they’re a 3rd party that connects survey hosts to ordinary people like you and me. If the survey host don’t like your answers, they can disqualify the survey you’ve already done, and no pay for you!

Final Verdict: Scam or Legit?

As far as survey sites go, Point Club is not a scam and they’re a legit paying survey site. But it’s just like all the 1000’s of other survey sites out there, nothing special.

Earning money seems easy at first, but it’s actually hard. The frustration of not qualifying for surveys, the high payout threshold, the low pay, the time consuming surveys… why do all that to earn a measly $25? How long would it take you to earn that $25, a month? 2 months? 3 months? or by clicking the link below:

If you would still like to give them a try, you can sign up for Point Club HERE or by clicking the link below:

Personally PointClub is nowhere near my favorite survey site, I prefer other sites that have quicker and easier payouts as well as a better reputation, the top 2 sites I usually recommend are Swagbucks (read review) and Fusion Cash (read review.) These 2 sites are currently offer a free $5 sign up bonus as well, so I highly recommend you check them out.

If you’re doing this in hopes to make real money online, I’m sorry to bear the bad news but online surveys is not the answer. I used to do online surveys myself, but then I found a much better way to earn money online, real money.
