By the way, you should check out my list of Favorite “Get-Paid-To” Sites which are sites that also pay you to take surveys, but there’s other paid tasks as well such as watching videos, playing games, opening emails, and lots more.

What Is Panel Champ?

Panel Champ used to be called “Quest Mindshare” and they rebranded themselves as Panel Champ back in mid 2018, they are based in Ontario Canada but their membership is opened worldwide.

They’re what I call an extra income website where regular folks can go on to earn a bit of extra side income simply by filling out surveys and sharing their honest opinions on different topics such as travel, finance, technology, lifestyle, and more.

Getting Started

Panel Champ is free to sign up and they accept international members.

You just have to fill out a simple registration form with your name, email, postal code, and create a password. You’ll then need to click the validation link in your email which will activate your account.

Once you’ve completed the sign up process you can log in to your Panel Champ’s main hub where you’ll need to fill out a bunch of profile questions in categories like ethnicity, household, education, occupation, and lots more.

This can take awhile as I had a total of 126 questions altogether!

These profile questions are important to fill out because they help Panel Champ to match you with the right surveys.

How To Earn At Panel Champ?

The main way to earn at Panel Champ is by taking market research surveys.

They will email you whenever an opportunity to fill out a paid survey becomes available to you. In the survey email invitation they’ll tell you exactly how much that survey pays.

You typically get paid $0.25 to $3 for completing an online survey which will take you about 10-20 minutes. Keep in mind you won’t always qualify for the survey, there will be screeners prior to the start of the survey to see if your profile fit the criteria that the survey creator is requesting.

Occasionally you might see music surveys that pay up to $90 per completion. You won’t find these higher paying surveys very often, so don’t hold your breath for it!

How Much Can You Earn?

If you’re new to online surveys you may be tempted to think you can make some good income doing this, or even quit your job and do this for a living. The problem is that they just pay too low for your time, even if you qualified for each and every survey you’re still only making about $2 or $3 per hour at best.

But qualifying for each survey is a dream. Online surveys are notoriously a waste of time because you won’t qualify over and over again, that time you spend on screeners you don’t get paid for it.

Survey sites will probably earn you no more than $5 per month or so.

I’m a huge proponent of joining “Get-Paid-To” Sites because these sites offer paid tasks where you won’t need to qualify to do them. You can earn by watching videos, playing games, opening emails, and more. They have paid surveys too if you want them, but there’s plenty of other things to keep you busy.

How Does Panel Champ Pay You?

After you’ve completed your survey you’ll have to wait for the survey closes before the money you earned is released to your account. Then you’ll have to earn at least $12.50 to get paid if you’re in the USA or Canada.

For people in the UK the minimum is £8, for Australia it’s $17 AUD, for New Zealand it’s $15, for European countries it’s € 10.

Panel Champ pays with PayPal, Amazon vouchers, Tango cards, prepaid credit cards, and by mailing a check.

The Positives

  • Free to sign up
  • International members accepted
  • Pays with PayPal

The Negatives

  • Lots of profile questions to fill out
  • Hard to qualify for surveys
  • Low income potential

Is Panel Champ a Scam?

No, Panel Champ is definitely not a scam. They’re a legit site that offers paid surveys and the opportunity to make a teensy tiny bit of income doing so. Most of the time you won’t qualify and it’ll be a waste of time no doubt, but on a rare blue moon you could qualify and end up making some pocket change.

If you want to earn money online without having to qualify then check out my Favorite “Get-Paid-To” Sites instead where you can join today and be guaranteed to start earning by playing games, watching videos, doing offers, and more. These sites have paid surveys too, but you’ll still need to qualify for those.

If you want to make any significant income then none of these sites will do. They’re only good for earning some lunch money every now and then.

If you want to earn enough to kick your 9 to 5 to the curb then I suggest you see my Top Work At Home Recommendation where I’ll show you how I make 4-figures a month online with a blog and how you can too, you can even start today for free.

Just signed up for this and can’t believe how many profile questions there are! My gosh… hope I haven’t wasted all this time for nothing. Still waiting on my first survey to come, when are they gonna get back to me?? I’ve joined other sites before like Swagbucks which lets me earn straight away after I joined.

Hey Patricia, yeah usually they’ll email you a few times a week, but it all depends on how you filled out your profile. People from certain demographics will get more surveys while others will get less, it’s all down to luck really..

Ultimately,  I believe a lot of people end up being disappointed when they join these survey sites. It’s very true that you are refused the opportunity to even do most reviews because you don’t fit the demographic they are looking for. Then once you do find a review that suits you, the questions go and on. The end result indeed is that you are getting paid very little for the time committed. I experienced doing reviews myself and ran into these same issues. Before long, I gave up on it. Sure it’s free. I’m certain they are well aware that most people will do a few reviews and then quit. However, they are making money on the few reviews each person does. Maybe it’s not a scam, but it sure is a waste of time and effort.

Hey Ray, these survey sites may not be suitable for those looking for a serious income but there’s literally 100s of similar sites out there on the internet and most do pay. It’s just that you cannot expect to get rich doing them, essentially they’re just “beer money” sites.
