Intro – What Is Panel Payday About?

Panel Payday is mostly a paid survey site, a website where you can go join to make money by completing surveys, it also offers other make money opportunities such as participating in focus groups and discussion groups.

The internet has a huge sea of these types of survey sites, but what sticks out about Panel Payday is how they claim you can earn $25 to $75 per survey, while typically with most survey sites you can only earn about $0.50 to $2.

So at this point you may be wondering if Panel Payday is a scam, or a legit way to make some good coin? In my Panel Payday review below I’ll show you exactly how they work, how they pay, and whether they’re a scam or not.

If you’re tired of running into scam sites that wastes your time, then check out these top survey sites, I have already reviewed each one of them and rated them legitimate as sites that do pay.

How Panel Payday Really Works

Well first of all, Panel Payday doesn’t offer you any surveys directly themselves. They provide you with a list of survey sites where you can go join to complete surveys. All they’re doing is putting together a list of actual survey sites, and recommending them to you. They make money when their referrals join and take a survey from a site they recommended.

There’s actually a name for what they’re doing, and it’s called affiliate marketing. This is actually a legit way to make money online and it’s a business model I use myself.

There’s nothing wrong with affiliate marketing if you’re directing people to good quality products and information, but I don’t think what’s offered by Panel Payday is anywhere near good quality, what they offer you are low quality survey sites and misleading you into believing you can make more money than you actually can.

You Don’t Need Panel Payday

So why not just join these survey sites yourself without having to go through Panel Payday? My favorite is Swagbucks (read review,) they offer paid surveys as well, but you can also earn by watching short video clips, playing games, signing up to offers, and other things. They are probably the most popular survey site on the internet and have excellent reputation.

Earning Money

earn 25 to 75 dollars per survey

How much you earn and how you get paid depends on the 3rd party survey company you signed up for. Before you begin filling out a survey you’ll be told how much that survey pays.

Panel Payday says you can earn $25 to $75 per survey, is it true? Well, it sounds like a bogus claim. Most legit online survey sites won’t pay anywhere near that much, it’s more like an average of $0.50 to $2 per survey, and even then it’s usually on the lower end of that.

So this bold claim of “earn $25 to $75 per survey” is a huge red flag in my opinion. Can you earn $75 per survey anywhere? Maybe it’s possible, but extremely unlikely. Usually the survey sites that claim such a high payout either don’t intend on paying you, or that there’s some sort of catch, like you’d have to spend money on something first.

How Do You Get Paid?

Each company operates differently, some pay by check, some pay by Paypal, others only pay via gift cards. If you’d rather only deal with sites that have a Paypal payout option, check out these 6 survey sites that pay via Paypal.

Also it’s important to find out what the minimum payout threshold is for each survey company, typically it’s around $10 to $20. I’d avoid signing up for anything over $20 as it’ll take an insanely long time to reach it.

You may think $20 is easy to reach but it isn’t, frankly you’ll be lucky to make that in a month.

The usual problems that come with online surveys is not being offered very many surveys after you join, and the ones you do get invited to do end up being “full” or that you don’t “qualify” when you’ve already filled out 90% of it. It’s very frustrating and happens quite commonly in my own experience and in the experiences of many other people I know.

Final Verdict: Scam Or Legit?

They’re not a scam cause they’re not tricking you into giving them your money, but they’re a big waste of time in my view.

Also because they’re supplying you a list of questionable 3rd party companies, I highly recommend that you do your own research on each one that you join to make sure they’re legit. Scams are very common in the make-money-online industry and many companies make money from misleading people into paying for useless products.

If you’re really interested in making a little extra money doing online surveys and other easy things, I’d recommend that you stick with the bigger and more well-known sites in the industry, ones that have been around for a long time and have a track record of paying their users. The top 2 I usually recommend are SwagBucks, (read my review) and Inbox Pays (read my review.)

But even with the biggest and most popular survey sites you wouldn’t be able to make more than a few cups of Starbucks coffee every month, the earnings for doing online surveys have a very low ceiling.

People who actually make real money online, as in the kind of money that can help you quit your day job, they’re certainly not doing online surveys! Let me share with you what I recommend if you’re looking to make more than pennies and dimes.

My #1 Recommended Way To Earn Money Online

Remember earlier when I mentioned affiliate marketing? Well, it’s actually a pretty good business model and it works. It’s basically promoting other people’s products and services, and many people are making a full time online income doing that.

I started doing affiliate marketing in December 2016 when I found a website called Wealthy Affiliate, an online training platform with courses and lessons that teaches the average Joe on how to build a successful online affiliate marketing business from scratch.

I built the website you’re on right now as a result of their training. People come to my site to learn how to make money online, and I help them find the best way to do so by telling them about affiliate marketing and where they can get the best training.

But you can be an affiliate marketer promoting anything you want, ideally something you’re passionate about, and there’s money to be made in almost any topic you can think of.

Interested in bodybuilding? You can build an affiliate marketing business promoting protein powder and other supplements. Interested in pets? You can promote pet food and toys. Interested in outdoor survival? You can promote outdoor gear.

I wrote a detailed free guide where I explained the whole process of how to make money with affiliate marketing along with all the information you need to know about Wealthy Affiliate, you can check out my guide here:

You may be thinking, “But I don’t know anything about building websites or business!”

I didn’t know anything about affiliate marketing or building a website when I first joined Wealthy Affiliate either! The great thing about Wealthy Affiliate is their training courses are designed with the complete beginner in mind, anyone can start and you don’t need any prerequisite knowledge.

In my guide I go through in detail what affiliate marketing is all about, how it works, why it works, the earning potential, and how you can learn to do it properly for FREE at Wealthy Affiliate.

I found this training platform while searching for the best way to make money online, I’ve done many online surveys before so please believe me that they’re useless and a giant waste of time. I don’t care if they promise you $25 or $75 per survey, if that’s true don’t you think everybody would quit their job to do this full time by now?

Building your own online business is the better way to go, and there’s actually real people doing it and making real money from it. So if you want to learn how to make real money online, check out my free guide now!
