What Is Inbox Income?

Inbox Income basically offers you step-by-step training and tools to help you make money online with email marketing. It costs $49 to join and supposedly you can make $500 to $750 by posting simple little emails that you don’t even have to write yourself, working just 25 to 30 minutes a day.

So what are these emails and who are you sending it to? Why would anyone pay you this much money to send these special emails? The problem is you won’t know the answers to these questions until you pay them the $49.

Well I’m here to show you what’s behind the curtain so you’ll know exactly what you’re getting yourself into!

Their Flashy Sales Video

When you land on Inbox Income’s sales page you’ll be greeted with a flashy sales video that’s filled with nothing but hype and unrealistic income expectations. The person narrating the video will appeal to people who are in desperate need of income, telling them how there’s a method to make lots of money really quickly without effort.

You’ll see plenty of success testimonials (probably fake) from people who claim they are making $5,000 a week or more working just 30 minutes a day. One stay-at-home mom says that being able to work from home allows her to spend more time with her young daughter.

But are these testimonials even real? If you go on Fiverr and look for “testimonials” you’ll find a bunch of people you can pay to act as your spokesman, so basically giving a fake testimonial.

I don’t want to post screenshots on here because I’m not sure if I can show their faces, but just do the search yourself and you’ll probably find the same people you see on Inbox Income’s testimonials on Fiverr promoting their services.

A few things I’ve noticed about many of these get-rich-quick products is that they all have endless amounts of hype. Inbox Income is no different and once you land on their page you’ll see claims that will spike your hopes such as:

  • Earn $500 to $750 a day
  • Only work 25 to 30 minutes a day
  • Easy to do and requires little effort, just send simple little emails
  • The solution to all your financial worries

If you have ANY common sense at all then you’ll already realize that these are all things that are too good to be true. All those points above are big red flags, because legit opportunities to make money never work like that.

To make real money online it always involve lots of hard work and effort, it’s not some button-pushing system you can buy for $49 and be on your way to financial freedom.

How Does Inbox Income Work?

Basically Inbox Income teaches you to make money by promoting other people’s products and services as an affiliate marketer.

Your primary way to advertise is with email marketing which basically means sending people emails about products/services you’re promoting. In your promotional emails you’ll include affiliate links, when people click those links and make a purchase you’ll earn a commission.

You’ll be taught to build what’s called a marketing funnel. You’ll learn to set up a capture page and integrate an autoresponder to it so you can get people’s emails. Then the next step is to send promotional offers to those emails.

The Toughest Part About This Method

Everything does sound easy peasy so far, but what Inbox Income doesn’t mention is the tough part of getting leads in the first place, meaning the part where you get people to give you their emails. Inbox Income doesn’t just provide you with THEIR list of emails, no, you have to build your own!

Without a list of emails you’ll have no emails to send and nobody will be clicking your links or purchasing anything. So how do you get those emails in the first place? Where does the traffic come from?

There are various free methods to get traffic such as by promoting on social media like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc. But the problem is unless you’ve got a large subscriber base already then this won’t be very effective.

Another way to get traffic is using paid advertisement such as with Bing ads. But the problem with that is the cost can run really high, you run the risk of losing a lot of money if you don’t earn back your advertising costs.

I highly recommend you Start a Blogging Business instead where you’ll learn to drive FREE traffic to your blog everyday. This is the current method I use to make $1,000+ a month online, I never pay for any of my traffic!

Is Making $500 to $750 a Day Realistic?

I guess at this point you already know the answer is “no.”

You should be aware that email marketing IS a legit way to make money online and that there ARE people out there who are able to earn $750+ per day using this method. But very few people are able to do so because it is not easy to get traffic to your capture page to get those emails.

Another thing you need to be aware of is the small print. If you scroll down to the bottom of their sales video page you’ll see a disclaimer which basically says typically people don’t make any money doing this!

typical purchaser doesn't make money with this system

Also what the heck is “My Millionaire Mentor” and why is it on the disclaimer if the product they’re promoting is called Inbox Income? That is very confusing and makes no sense. My guess is that they just grabbed this disclaimer from another product and just forgot to change the name, lol!

Is Inbox Income Worth Buying?

While Inbox Income provides training on email marketing which is an effective method to make money online if done right, most people are not going to understand how to properly get that list of emails in the first place which requires you to drive traffic to your capture page.

Without traffic you won’t get emails, without emails you won’t be able to send anyone anything, and nobody will click on your affiliate links and you won’t earn any commissions.

For $49 you don’t really get a lot of value in my opinion. They’ll just teach you some basic things that you can easily find for free on the internet. The toughest part is how to get traffic to your capture page so you can get leads (emails) which is the critical step that they don’t teach you how to do properly.

You’re better off spending that $49 on my Top Work At Home Recommendation which teaches you how to build a 4-figure blogging business from the ground up, and you can even try it out for FREE!

Is Inbox Income a Scam?

I wouldn’t call Inbox Income a scam because they do provide you with training and tools to learn a legit money making method. But where I do have a problem is all the hype and unrealistic income expectations.

People who watches Inbox Income’s sales video will think that after they pay $49 they’ll get some button-clicking system that makes them $750 a day by working 30 minutes or less a day.

Yes, if you have a big list of emails you CAN send out promotional offers to a lot of people and chances are some people WILL click on your emails and affiliate links and make a purchase, and you WILL earn affiliate commissions. But Inbox Income conveniently leaves out the part of how difficult it is to get those emails in the first place!

Build a Blogging Business Instead

Email marketing is definitely a viable strategy to make money online, but you have to know how to do it properly.

The best way to get traffic is by starting a blog and creating content on it, your content’s keywords will rank on Google which will bring you FREE traffic. People will be searching for things on Google and land on your blog.

This is the same strategy I currently use to make money online with this blog you’re on now. Let me guess, you found my blog by looking for certain keywords on a search engine like Google, Bing, etc. right?

With a blog you’ll be able to get unlimited free traffic to your offers. If you want to learn how to do this check out my Top Work At Home Recommendation where I’ll show you step-by-step on how to start a blog and monetize it with your affiliate offers.

I’ll also explain more on how affiliate marketing with a blog works, why it works so well, and how you can get started today for free!
