I did some research and I’m going to go over with you what I’ve discovered about them. I’ll give you my fully honest and unbiased opinions including the good, the bad, and the ugly. Let’s get started!

Cointiply Review

Name: Cointiply
Website: Cointiply.com
Type: Surveys, offers, videos, referrals
Membership Price: FREE

What Is Cointiply?

Cointiply is basically a “get-paid-to” (GPT) site that rewards their members with free bitcoins for doing a variety of simple tasks.

There are hundreds of similar sites out there on the internet today, if you’ve ever heard of Swagbucks it’s the same kind of deal, except Swagbucks pays in cash via PayPal and gift cards instead of bitcoins.

Cointiply also offers some unique ways to earn, including a gambling game you can play to multiple your coins.

Other ways to earn include doing typical GPT tasks such as taking surveys, completing offers, playing games, watching videos, referring friends, etc.

Getting Started

Cointiply is free to join and membership is opened to many countries. To get started you just have to fill out the simple registration form with your name, email, and create a password.

Once you’ve confirmed your email you’ll be rewarded with 100 coins as a sign up bonus. From there you can start doing tasks to earn more coins.

What Are Coins?

When you complete tasks you won’t be paid with bitcoins directly, instead you’ll earn “coins” which is basically a virtual currency that you can redeem for bitcoins later on. Think of it as points.

For your reference 10,000 coins = 0.0002 bitcoins ( about $1.00 USD)

Since the value of bitcoin fluctuates frequently, the value of your coins can also go up or drop accordingly.

How To Earn Coins?

Completing Surveys

Surveys are a great way to earn coins. These surveys are provided by 3rd party research companies that are seeking to collect data and feedback to provide better products and services, for your time you’re compensated with real money.

Typically surveys take 10 to 30 minutes to complete and you can earn anywhere from 100 to 50,000 coins after completing them.

However, there’s usually a lot of pre-screening questions to see if you qualify for the survey. It’s not uncommon to get screened out with little to show for your time.

Doing Marketing Offers

Marketing offers are basically where they pay you to sign up for something, Cointiply have both free and paid offers.

Free offers can be things like downloading a free mobile app, free product trials, signing up for a survey site, and other things. For paid offers you may need to make a purchase such as depositing at a casino, subscribing to a service, and more.

These offers pay about the same as surveys, about 100 to 50,000 coins.

Cointiply Faucet – Earn Free Coins Every Hour

Every single hour you’ll be able to spin the Cointiply Faucet which is basically a jackpot type of game that lets you win free coins.

Just click the “roll and win” and the machine will randomly generate a number from 1 to 99,999 for you, here are the rewards you can win according to your number:

  • 1 to 69,999 – win 22 coins
  • 70,000 to 89,999 – win 36 coins
  • 90,000 to 96,999 – win 70 coins
  • 97,999 to 98,999 – win 130 coins
  • 99,000 to 99,998 – win 280 coins

If you happened to roll a 99,999 you will win the jackpot which is currently at 433,696 coins (about $433).

How much you can earn per faucet claim depends on your multiplier rate. Each member starts with a 1.5x multiplier, it can increase all the way up to 2.0x or drop all the way down to 1.0x depending on how active of a member you are.

To increase your multiplier to 2.0x you’ll need to be as active as possible, meaning go to as many surveys and offers as you can.

Watching Videos

In the videos section you can earn coins by watching videos from 3rd party services like Hideout.tv, Smores.tv, and Cointiply Video Ads. These videos are mostly short commercials and trailers, each lasting about 2-3 minutes long. There will be ads in between every few video, for every 3 ads you watch you’ll earn 51 coins.

There are different types of videos you can watch depending on what you like, such as food, lifestyle, celebrities, travel, health, and much more.

The best thing about videos is that you can just let it play on it’s own while you get up and go do other things, you don’t actually need to be sitting there watching it! But unfortunately the pay is extremely low, you’ll be earning less than a dollar per hour.

Clicking Ads

In the “PTC Ads” section you’ll find a bunch of links you can click on which takes you to another website, you’ll have to stay there and view the ad for a few seconds to earn 6 to 13 coins.

Currently I only see 11 ads available for me to click which will earn me 76 coins if I do all of them, this is only worth $0.0076!

Playing Games

There are a number of games to choose from such as word games, puzzles, arcade, casino, and card games.

All you have to do is click on a game to play, every time your activity bar fill sup you’ll earn 30 coins.

Wagering Your Coins (Gambling)

In the “Multiplier” section you’ll find something called “Cointiplay” which is basically a gambling game where you can wager your coins to win more coins.

You can wager an amount you’d like (10 to 10,000), then click “Start Round” which will bring up a bunch of little round circles. Just click on a circle and if it turns into a red gem cluster then you’ll earn the number of coins you wagered. If you click on the wrong circle then you’ll lose your wager.

Referring Friends To Join

In the “Referrals” section you’ll find your unique referral link which you can use to promote Cointiply to your friends.

You’ll earn 25% of all your referrals faucet claims plus 10% of whatever your referrals earn from offer walls.

The best way to promote your referral links is by sharing it on social media, forums, posting it on your blog, etc.

More Ways To Earn

  • Everyday that you’re active and log in to roll the hourly Faucet you’ll earn a 1% loyalty bonus
  • If you have over 35,000 coins in your account you can earn 5% annual interest. So you can choose to not cash out and just let it grow and grow.

How Does Cointiply Pay You?

Cointiply only pays you via cryptocurrencies. There are a few options:

  • Bitcoin Wallet – Minimum withdrawal of 100,000 coins ($10.00), payment processed once a week on Sundays
  • DOGE Wallet – Minimum withdrawal of 35,000 coins ($3.50), payment processed in 1 to 3 days
  • FaucetHub – Minimum withdrawal of 50,000 coins ($5.00), payment processed in 1 to 3 days

If you’re interested in getting paid cash via PayPal or gift cards then consider joining my Favorite “Get-Paid-To” Sites instead.

The Positives

  • Free to sign up
  • 100 coins sign up bonus
  • Earn free coins every hour with the Cointiply faucet
  • Lots of ways to earn

The Complaints

  • All the tasks are very low paying
  • Cryptocurrencies is the only way to get paid, no PayPal or any other options
  • The value of bitcoin can decrease and cause your earnings to decrease as well
  • Will take you a long time to reach the minimum payout thresholds

Is Cointiply a Scam?

Cointiply appears to be a legit opportunity to earn some extra income online. But just keep in mind that this is not a site that you replace your job or make any meaningful income in any way, at most this is good for some chump change.

Also it’s important to be aware that this site only pays you in cryptocurrency, if you’re not familiar with bitcoin or don’t want to use it then this site won’t be suitable for you.

I recommend that you also check out my Favorite “Get-Paid-To” Sites which are sites that pay you to do these same tasks, except they offer cash payments via PayPal and other options like gift cards.

Overall these GPT sites are only good for piggy bank change, don’t expect to make anymore than $25 to $50 per month.

If you’re looking to make more then see my Top Work At Home Recommendation which is an online training platform that teaches you how to start a blog and make full time income from it. This is the same strategy I currently use to make $1,000+ a month on this blog you’re on now!
