iRazoo Review – Scam Or Legit Rewards Site That Pays?

Name: iRazoo
Type: Get-Paid-To site (GPT)
My Rating: 2.3 out of 5

On the internet there are 1000s and 1000s of money-making websites out there called get-paid-to (GPT) sites, iRazoo is one of them. If you’re not familiar, GPT sites allow their users to earn a little bit of money by doing some mundane tasks on the internet like answering a few questions for a survey, signing up for offers, searching the internet, reading emails, etc.

Don’t get too excited though cause they all pay incredibly low, and my opinion is that they’re a huge waste of time. Also there are some dishonest sites out there that won’t even pay up, so you gotta be careful! So is iRazoo a scam or a legit site that pays? In this iRazoo review I’m going to show you how you can make money, how they pay you, and whether they’re legit or not.

But even if legit they’re only good for making chump change, they’re just too low paying to consider doing it for a living. If you’re looking to make more, check out my free guide below where I talk about my #1 recommended way to make a full time online income. Get my free guide here:

Intro – What Is iRazoo About?

make money online taking surveys watching videos playing games

iRazoo started back in 2006 and they are a website that’s based in Florida. So they’ve been around quite awhile now and that’s a good sign that they’re legit. Scams tend to pop up and disappear very quickly, so long standing sites like iRazoo is a good indication that they’re a legitimate operating GPT site.

As far as GPT sites go, they’re just like all the 1000s of other ones out there and not really that special in any way. They offer you multiple ways to earn points and these points can later be redeemed for real cash rewards. Here are some ways to earn at iRazoo:

How Do You Earn Money At iRazoo?

When you do the tasks below you won’t earn cash directly, you’ll be earning points. In fact they start you off with a free 500 points just for signing up. These points are worth very little, every 100 points you earn will be worth $0.16 USD. So just collect these points and they can later be redeemed for real cash. So here are some ways to earn points:

Searching The Internet:

There’s a section called “search and earn” and you earn points by searching on their internet search bar. You won’t earn points on every search, just sometimes, and you can earn about 5 to 25 points.

Playing Games:

They have many games including word games, puzzles, strategy games, card games, and strategy games. There’s a limit to how much you can earn and it’s a maximum of 300 points per day. You can also win an entry to a prize draw of 1500 points if you manage to beat a certain high score in a game.

Doing Surveys:

Surveys are like the staple of every GPT site, they all have them and they’re a very popular way to earn. You’ll earn $0.25 to $2.50 per survey you complete, some you can take an unlimited amount of times per day. So you’re probably thinking you can take 100 of these everyday and make a living off of it? No, unfortunately not. You’ll see many surveys offered to you, but after answering a few questions you’ll see a message that says you don’t qualify. This happens over and over, and you can waste a lot of time doing these screening surveys that are unpaid.

Doing Cash Offers:

There are both free and paid cash offers. These things ask you to sign up for a product or service, sometimes you’ll need a credit card to sign up for a free trial, or you’ll need to make a purchase on a website. Free offers are risk free but they’re also lower paying, you can make about $0.25 per offer. Paid offers or offers that require you to give over credit card info pays more, around $2.50 to $10 per offer.

Watching Videos:

This is super easy to do, but unfortunately the easier they are the more low paying they are. You can watch mostly short videos that are 30 seconds to a minute long, and earn less than 1 penny per video watched.

Downloading Apps:

They offer you a bunch of apps you can download to your smart phone. Each download earns you $0.15 to $1.

Referring Others:

You can get your friends to join iRazoo under your referral link, and you’ll earn 500 points when they’ve earned 1000 points.

Social Media Promo Codes:

From time to time there are new posts on their blog or social media pages like Facebook where they will give you a promo code that’s worth some free points.

How Does iRazoo Pay You?

gift cards amazon itunes starbucks

Once you have collected enough points you can redeem them via cash with Paypal or with a variety of different gift card options.

If you redeem with Paypal you’ll need a minimum of 12,000 points, or $20. The minimum for gift card options varies among different stores, but I’ve seen as low as 3000 points ($5 equivalent) for iTunes and Starbucks. They have many stores to choose from and there’s too many to list, but some of the big ones are Amazon, iTunes, Starbucks, The Gap, Swiss Chalet, and more.

The Negatives of iRazoo

Only Extra Income

There’s lots of different ways to earn but they pay too little for it to be considered as a substantial income source. They’re only good for earning a little coffee money.

High Payment Threshold

The payment threshold for Paypal is $20 and this is very high. With such low paying gigs it will take you probably months to reach that $20 minimum payment threshold. Yes, some gift cards start at only $5 but I don’t want gift cards!

Final Verdict: Scam or Legit?

iRazoo is legitimate and they’re not a scam. They’re nothing special though and just as low paying as all the other similar sites out there. They’re good for people who just want to make a few pennies and dimes doing some fun things and don’t really care about making money that much. But if you’re looking to make serious income, then this is not the answer.
