Clickperks Review – Scam or Legit Rewards Site?

earn rewards for the things you already do

Name: ClickPerks
Type: Get-Paid-To site (GPT)
Membership Price: Free
My Rating: 2.3 out of 5

Clickperks is another rewards site, or get-paid-to site (GPT.) They pay people to do a variety of tasks such as taking surveys, watching videos, and signing up for offers. There’s literally hundreds of and hundreds of similar sites out there, so is Clickperks a scam or a legit GPT site?

In this Clickperks review I’m going to go over what they are, how you can earn money, the good, the bad, and whether you should join them or not. They are not unique as far as GPT sites go, but let’s see if they’re legit or not.

But even if they’re 100% legit, Clickperks and all other similar sites are super low paying, if you’re here trying to make any substantial money then this is a dead end. If you’re trying to produce a full time income working online, I suggest you check out a free guide where I explain the best way to do so. Get my free guide here:

What Is ClickPerks About?

earn points and cash for surveys videos games

ClickPerks started around 2016 and their headquarters are based in New York City. They are a site that rewards their users for interacting on their platform by doing a variety of things such as taking surveys, watching videos, and completing various offers.
You get rewarded with points, but those points can be redeemed for real cash or gift cards at a variety of stores, it’s your choice how you want your rewards to be paid out to you.

Membership to join this site is free, but they only allow residents from the USA, Canada, and the UK. All you need to join is a working email address.

How Do You Earn Money At ClickPerks?

This is the weird part about this site. At the front page before I logged in there’s a section called “how it works” and they show 5 different ways to earn on the site, and I’ll go over them below. But then after I logged in to my account I only see 2 ways to earn – the surveys and videos. Maybe it has something to do with my country and geographic location, so it’s possible you may see all 5 ways to earn, or you may only see a few.

1. Cashback From Shopping

Cashback is not really earning money because you have to spend money first. The way it works is that they give you a list of stores, if you shop at one of those stores through their links you will earn a cashback percentage. So for example if they offer a 10% cashback for Walmart, and you buy something $100 there, you’ll receive $10 back. So it’s just a way to save money if you’re already shopping there anyway.

2. Completing Surveys

Surveys are sort of like the staple of every GPT site, it’s a very popular way to earn. They typically pay $0.25 to $2 per completed survey, and each one takes 10 to 30 minutes to complete.

The sad thing is you’d need to take a pre-screening survey first to see if you qualify, if you don’t then you won’t even get paid for the pre-screening survey. In my own experience and from reading many testimonials online the typical result is that over 9 times out of 10 you won’t qualify, so it’s a big waste of time.

3. Searching The Web

This is an interesting way to earn points, you only have to do some web searches on yahoo and you’ll earn. But this is probably the lowest paying thing you can do to earn on the site. As a general rule, the easier it is the more low paying it is.

4. Watching Videos

This is another easy way to earn, so yeah it’s low paying, you’ll be earning less than 1 cent per video watched. But if you like sitting there watching videos all day, then why not earn a few pennies for it? But yeah, this is not even worth considering if you’re looking for a real income.

5. Playing Games

You can also earn points by playing games. They have a variety of games and you need to play each game for a number of minutes or achieve a certain level in the game before you’re credit with points.

But as mentioned earlier, I have only been able to access the surveys and videos. Honestly with only 2 ways to earn and I really hate surveys, this site is kind of limiting. So if you are like me and can’t access all 5 earning methods, then this could be a problem.

6. Referring Others

They also have an affiliate program where you can earn for referring others to ClickPerks, although I couldn’t find any information on how much you’d earn or how any of it works. This site so far seems sub par in terms of how everything is presented to the user.

More Ways To Earn

So far ClickPerks doesn’t seem like the best GPT site out there. If you want to try a better GPT site right now consider checking out my Favorite “Get-Paid-To” Sites which are sites I personally use to make extra income online. The sites I recommend have paid me before, so I know you’ll have no problem getting paid!

But although these GPT sites are legit, they’re all low paying just the same. If you’re looking to make enough money online to replace your day job, check out my #1 recommended way of making money online.

How Does Clickperks Pay You?

Every 10 points you earn on ClickPerks is worth $1 USD. Once you’ve reached a minimum amount of points you can then redeem them for cash or gift card rewards. The minimum payout threshold varies by payout method and it comes in different increments:

  • Paypal minimum $50
  • Prepaid Visa minimum $5
  • Gift Cards – varies (Amazon starts at $10 minimum, Starbucks starts at $5 and Ebay starts at $3) There’s many more gift card options than those 3.

The Positives

  • They offer payout via Paypal
  • They have many gift card options
  • Low minimum payout for some gift card options such as Ebay, Amazon, and Starbucks

The Negatives

  • Membership is not opened worldwide. Only residents of USA, Canada, and UK can join.
  • Many users have reported that the support is slow and very poor
  • Often takes a long time for your earnings to be approved and credited to your account
  • All earning methods are low paying
  • Only good for pocket change, not a viable way to make a real part time or full time income

Final Verdict: Scam or Legit?

ClickPerks aren’t the best as far as GPT sites go, but there’s no indication that they’re a scam, and they seem to be a legit paying site. That being said, as a Canadian I’m only offered 2 earning methods – doing surveys and watching videos. Their referral program is kind of ambiguous as I wasn’t able to find any information on how much you’d earn per referral.

Overall the user experience has been sub par, and I’d recommend that you join my Favorite “Get-Paid-To” Sites instead.

But if you’re looking to make a part time or full time income online, then those sites aren’t the answer. Instead check out a free guide I wrote where I show you my #1 recommended way of making a full time income online.

Just know that my #1 recommended method is 100% legit, but it does require real work and it’s not a get-rich-quick scheme. Be prepared to work hard and consistent for at least 3-6 months, but if you do that then eventually a consistent part time or full time income stream is possible. Get my free guide here:

Yeah you’re right, I just tried contacting them via their contact form and it just shows me a big error page. Maybe check back in a few days to see if they’ve fixed it? But yeah that sucks!
