If a lot of your free time is spent on the internet then you might like “get-paid-to” sites like Cash4Offers.com, they basically let you earn money online for doing things like taking surveys, reading emails, website offers, and plenty more.
Cash4Offers is a legit site and not a scam, but they’re only a small income opportunity, so don’t expect to quit your job tomorrow and do this full time. I do like they pay via Paypal, but you must earn at least $35 before they pay and that’s a bit on the high side.
Overall they’re an okay site, but I prefer other better sites like Swagbucks instead where there’s more ways to earn and payout is a lot quicker at only $3 minimum.
In this Cash4Offers review I’ll go over how it works, how they pay, the good & the bad, and the verdict on whether they’re a scam.
Intro – Cash4Offers Review
Type: Get-paid-to (GPT) site
Membership Price: Free To Join
My Rating: 2.4 out of 5
Cash4Offers is an old site that started back in 2003, since scams don’t tend to stick around this long I’d say that’s a good sign they’re legit. I gave them a rating of 2.4 out of 5 because although they’re a legit site with many ways to earn, I do have a few problems with them especially their protocol when it comes to payments.
First of all I love that they pay with Paypal, they also pay with Amazon gift cards. What I don’t like is how the payout threshold is set at $35, and the first payment takes about 25 days to get processed! $35 may seem like a low amount, but when you consider how low paying they are, it will take you many weeks/months and many people will quit before getting there.
There’s no reason to join Cash4Offers if you haven’t already, I recommend that you check out my #1 favorite get-paid-to site Swagbucks instead or have a look at my full list of top get-paid-to sites here.
How To Earn Money At Cash4Offers?
The surveys at Cash4Offers work the same as any other survey site. The pay varies from $0.25 to $3 each, sometimes you may see higher paying ones ($5 to $10+) but those are extremely rare. But before you take the survey you’ll see exactly how much you can earn and estimated time it takes to complete.
You’ll see a survey link and after you click that it will take you to a page with some qualifying questions, this is NOT the survey itself, but a screening questionnaire to determine if you qualify for the actual paid survey or not. Qualifying depends on your demographics, but generally you won’t qualify way more often than you do.
This is also called “paid to sign up” and there are two types – free and paid.
With free offers you can earn around $0.50 to $2 by typically all you have to do is fill out a form on a website, or join another survey site and take a survey. This is my favorite way to earn on get-paid-to sites because they’re easy and don’t take much time.
With paid offers you can earn a lot more, usually $5 to $25+, but require that you make a purchase first or sign up to a free trial with a credit card. The free trials are technically free as long as you cancel before it ends or your card will end up getting charged.
Cash4Offers will send you 1-2 emails everyday, all you have to do is open the advertisement link in the email and confirm you’ve seen it then you will get credited with about $0.01.
A bad thing about this is you cannot unsubscribe to these emails without deleting your entire account and forfeiting all your earnings. At the bottom of their emails you’ll see an “unsubscribe” link which takes you to a page that asks if you really want to delete your whole account or not.
There is a coupon section and all it does is take you to a 3rd party site called coupons.com. They offer you grocery coupons in various categories like food, personal care, baby, household, and more.
So obviously you can’t make any money with coupons and it’s just a way to save some money next time you do a grocery haul.
Cash4Offers have a referral program where you can earn $3 for every person that signs up under your referral link and completes their first survey or offer.
It seems like the $3 is the most you can make off of any one referral, I prefer Swagbucks’ referral program where they let you earn 10% of your referral’s earnings for LIFE.
There is a section called “Earn Points” where you can earn points doing surveys and offers. Points cannot be turned into cash but can only be redeemed for a $15 Amazon gift card once you’ve earned 1500 points.
$5 Sign Up Bonus
After you have created an account you may notice $5 sitting in your cash balance, this is your sign up bonus and it’s free money. If you like this kind of free money then check out these other sites that also offer a $5 sign up bonus.
How Does Cash4Offers Pay You?
Pretty much all the things you do at Cash4Offers pays you in cash, except the tasks under the “Earn Points” section.
You can withdraw your cash balance via Paypal once you’ve earned at least $35. If you have at least 1500 points you can exchange them for an Amazon gift card worth $15. Unfortunately they don’t seem to offer a way to turn points into cash or vice versa.
Your first payout will take 25 days from the end of the month you requested it to get processed. You will become a “Gold Member” automatically after you’ve made your first payout, and subsequent payouts will only take 72 hours to be processed.
Final Verdict: Is Cash4Offers a Scam?
Cash4Offers is a completely legit site you can use to line your pockets with a few extra bucks a month, but I do feel their minimum payments are a bit high and the first payout takes at least 25 days and that’s way too long.
Overall I feel Cash4Offers is an okay site, but there are much better sites out there you can join instead. The site I usually recommend is Swagbucks (read review) because they have the best ways to earn and they pay their members really quick.

But all of these get-paid-to sites and similar things are only good for making a very low income, there’s a reason they earned the nickname “beer money sites.” If you’re looking to make something more substantial then take a look at my #1 Work At Home Recommendation where I teach you how to make a full time income building blogs/websites.
